Comfortable Clip Earrings

I am looking for comfortable clip hoop earrings. I used to find them at Claire's but now they are usually sold out and only have the very tiny ones. I like the medium size in silver or gold. I have tried more expensive Monet but they are very heavy. It seems that in this case, the cheaper the better. I'm alergic to most metals so I just paint a coating of clear polish on the part that will touch my skin and that does the trick. Do you have a suggestion of where to find these less expensive hoops?--Tina

I have never found comfortable clip earrings, ever, so I can empathize with you! You might try the Claire's website (claires.com) as they may have a different selection than what you find in local stores. Also, there's a chain called Charming Charlie's that has a massive amount of inexpensive jewelry and accessories; they're currently expanding so you may be able to find a store near you; their website is charmingcharlie.com.
